1. Booking and Payment

Your booking is confirmed only after payment of a 50% deposit (see Section 2 for details on rescheduling and cancellation).
The remaining balance is due before or at the end of the shoot.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash (CZK).
Once the photo shoot has taken place, the total cost is non-refundable.
Studio rent is paid separately.
Transportation outside the Prague public transport area is paid separately.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellation

If you reschedule or cancel the shoot at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled date, you will receive your 50% deposit back within 7 calendar days.
If you reschedule or cancel the shoot between 3 and 7 calendar days before the scheduled date, the deposit is not refundable, but can be applied to a future shoot within 2 months from the original shoot date.
If you reschedule or cancel the shoot less than 3 calendar days before the scheduled date, the deposit is neither refundable nor transferable.
In case of bad weather (for outdoor sessions) or other unforeseen circumstances, the shoot can be rescheduled at no extra cost.

3. Shoot Details

Sessions will start on time. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to prepare.
If you expect to be late, please notify me as soon as possible, before the scheduled start time.
The agreed duration and locations apply according to the booked package. Any additional time or locations requested on the day will incur extra fees.

4. Deliverables

The number of edited photos and delivery timeline are as specified in your package.
Photos will be delivered digitally via a secure online gallery.
Retouching is natural - I do not use plastic or heavy editing and will not alter your appearance. I can remove minor skin imperfections and small background distractions.
Please let me know in advance if you prefer that your photos remain private and are not shared publicly.
